The Process

We believe that transparency over materials and manufacturing processes is key to a successful, sustainable business.

Sourcing Raw Materials

From the forests where the trees have been harvested to the saw mills used to process the wood. Real wood is at the heart of our business. All our cabinetry is made from solid hardwood, and we go to great lengths to make sure this wood is properly sourced.  As a natural material, wood can be regrown and replenished which makes it very sustainable in manufacture. We harvest and purchase locally the wood that we use to craft our furniture. The wood we use is carefully managed to prevent habitat loss and damage to local eco systems.  Some of the woods utilized in our productions are pine, cedar, mapel, mohagony, blue mahoe and many more.

Production

The processes used in the production of our furniture include the extracting moisture, cutting, bending, molding, and assembly of such materials as wood, metal, glass, plastics, and rattan. However, the production process for furniture is not solely bending metal, cutting and shaping wood, or e molding.
